Payment Policy for Web Elevate

This Payment Policy outlines the terms and conditions for payments made to Web Elevate for the purchase of custom website design and development services.

1. Deposit and Final Payment

A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required prior to the start of any project. The remaining balance (70%) is due upon final delivery and client approval of the work.

2. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept secure online payments via PayPal and other methods made available through our website. All transactions are processed in USD ($), unless otherwise stated.

3. Payment Timeline

 Failure to pay the balance within this timeframe may result in delayed access or suspension of services.

4. Taxes and Fees

Prices may be subject to VAT or other applicable taxes depending on your location. Any processing fees charged by third-party payment providers are the responsibility of the client.

5. Late or Failed Payments

In cases of failed or late payments, we reserve the right to withhold delivery or revoke access to the final product until full payment is received.
