• A 30% deposit is required before project commencement.

• The remaining 70% is due upon completion of the project and before the final delivery.

• Failure to pay may result in suspension or cancellation of services.

 Clients are expected to:

• Provide accurate information and timely feedback.

• Supply all content, images, and materials required for their project.

• Review and approve work within a reasonable time.

 Delays in communication or required materials may extend project timelines.

 5. Intellectual Property

• All content, designs, and code developed by Web Elevate remain the property of Web Elevate until full payment is received.

• Upon final payment, ownership of the final product (excluding third-party assets) is transferred to the client.

• Web Elevate reserves the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio.

 6. Cancellations & Refunds

• The 30% deposit is non-refundable once work has started.

• If the client cancels the project after work begins, additional charges may apply depending on the progress made.

• Web Elevate reserves the right to cancel a project at any time due to violations of these Terms or non-cooperation from the client.

 7. Limitation of Liability

 Web Elevate is not liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

• Client misuse of the website after delivery.

• Downtime caused by third-party platforms (e.g., Wix, hosting providers).

 We do not guarantee specific business results from the use of our websites.

 We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website and services after any changes   implies acceptance of the updated Terms.
